Note: You have to create a Contact List
(Group) first in-order to add or import contact.
If you have created the Contact List
then steps are as follows-
Click on Contacts from menu-bar, then click on Import Contacts From a File
Select a Contact List (Group) then click on Next.
Click on Choose File then click on Next
Select the Filed (Email Address, First Name, Last Name etc.) from the drop down, then click on Next.
If the contact email ID is in 1st column and the Contact Name is on 2nd column.
Then select the first field Email Address from drop-down and select the second field First Name from the drop-down. if you have more then keep selecting accordingly.
Click on Start Importing
After completing Import successfully, you will have the success message on your screen.
To check or verify the imported contact details:
Please Click on Contact List from menu-bar, then View Contact List from the drop-down. After that select your Contact List (Group Name) and click on View Contacts
